1. Information We Collect

Account information: your first name, last name, email address, and phone number, collected at registration and used for authentication and account identification.

Identity verification (KYC) information: to access the Platform you must complete identity verification. This includes your ID document type, document number, expiration date, and a photo or scan of the document itself.

Payment information: if you purchase a paid subscription, payment details are processed by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store your full card number on our servers.

Usage information: standard technical data such as session cookies and feature preferences, used to operate the Platform.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to authenticate your account, verify your identity as required for Platform access, process subscription billing, send transactional emails (such as sign-in links), and operate and improve the Platform. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

3. Identity Verification Documents

KYC documents are stored securely with access restricted to authorized personnel, and are used solely for identity verification and compliance purposes. We do not use your identity documents for any other purpose or disclose them except as required by law.

4. Third-Party Services

iMYNTED uses Supabase for authentication and data storage, Stripe for payment processing, Brevo for transactional email delivery, and third-party market data providers for quotes and analytics. By using the Platform, you also agree to those providers' privacy practices. Google AdSense advertising practices are described in Section 6 below.

5. Data Storage & Security

Account data is stored securely via Supabase. Preferences such as your last viewed panels and theme settings are stored locally in your browser. We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

6. Google AdSense and Advertising Cookies

iMYNTED uses Google AdSense to display advertisements on certain pages of the Platform. Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to our site and/or other sites on the Internet.

You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings page atgoogle.com/settings/ads. You can also opt out of third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising by visitingaboutads.info/choices.

Third-party vendors and ad networks used by Google AdSense may include: DoubleClick, Google's advertising partner network, and other authorized Google ad networks. These vendors may use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to collect or receive information from the Platform and elsewhere on the Internet.

7. Your Rights & Requests

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the address in Section 10. We will respond within a reasonable period. Note that certain records (such as KYC verification records) may need to be retained for legal or compliance purposes even after account deletion.

The Platform provides financial data and analytics for informational purposes only. Nothing on the Platform constitutes investment advice. See our Terms of Service and Risk Disclosure for full details.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
